The client, Dobrev N, is a family business that manufactures travel and hiking shoes. The biggest challenge was the lack of orders. The other difficulty was that they offer two types of insoles for the shoes, which have different size charts, hence are suitable for different foot types. A technical solution was needed to make it easier for customers to choose a sole type and thus cater for the user experience.

Solutions

• We designed an entirely new online store with URL migration and restructuring. We transferred all the information from the old site to the new one.
• As for the design, we used a ready-made theme that we made more emotional so that it focuses on the story of the family business, which is an important part of Dobrev N's branding.
• We implemented conversion rate optimization recommendations, which included adding real customer reviews and changes to the category and product page views to make it easier to complete orders.
• Among them is the foot type selection button that makes shopping easier for customers.
